BlackBoyMagic proudly presents a film project and future magazine, titled “highlight’d”. Welcome to project “highlight’d” BlackBoyMagic’s self-expressed presents to you a project that I, (the CEO), got inspired by hair. Because, my hair is a huge part of my self-expression, taking it down has been a journey within itself. Taking self-expression out of the picture really quickly, I’m typically not one to have hair. I’ve always cut it and kept it low. So growing it out and getting different styles, and seeing what’s possible has been a journey and a new form of self love. With this project, I want to highlight black men hair, and one of the ways highlighting it, is showing the maintenance of how I, personally, keep it done and exploring my expression along the way. In this episode, I’m taking down my hair and When I take down my hair, I’m typically high and having a good time with some music. So enjoy this first episode of me doing my hair while high. This is my expression.
